Class Formats

Our 50 minute classes combine the amazing health benefits of red light therapy and infrared heat. All classes are infused with red light therapy and heated between 80-90 degrees fahrenheit designed to target pain relief, reduce inflammation, increase tissue repair, and improve energy levels. We have a blend of six unique yoga and mat pilates class types offering a diverse range of classes to sculpt, tone, flow and relax.

What to expect

Yay, we’re so glad you signed up for your first class with LUMA! Check out the drop downs to make sure you’re prepared for class. We’re excited to see you!

    • Arrive at the studio 10 minutes early for your first class, so we can show you around the studio and help you prepare for class.

    • Make sure to bring water, a mat, towel, and grippy socks (if you prefer not to be barefoot because there are no shoes allowed in the studio). We have the option to purchase water, and grippy socks as well as have mat, and towel rentals if you don’t have them or forget to bring them!

    • Your instructor will tell you what equipment you will need before class. Collect your equipment needed for class from the prop wall and find your spot for class following the mat outlines on the floor.

    • Throughout class your instructor will guide you through a thoughtful class flow and offer cueing, verbal instructions, and motivation to make sure you have a great class.

  • Check in with your instructor for any questions or thoughts about class - we always love your feedback!
