Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our classes will be heated between 80-95 degrees Fahrenheit during class. All classes are heated unless specified if they are not.

  • We’re so excited you would like to try your first pilates or yoga class with us! Please review the new student 101 guide to ensure you are prepared for class.

  • Yes, we offer mat rentals for $5 per mat. We also offer towel rentals for $3 or bundle for $7. You can pick up a rental when you enter the studio, or reserve a rental ahead of time online or via the app.

  • We have 2 bathrooms in the studio, which can be used to change before class. We do not have showers available at the studio, so please prepare accordingly.

    • We ask that you try to arrive early so that you can relax and prepare for class before it starts. We have a 5 minute grace period if you are running late. If you arrive to class after this period, we will not be able to let you into the studio because we do not want to disrupt the class flow.

    • If you are a new student, please plan on arriving 10 minutes before class so we can show you around the studio.

    • To reserve a spot in class, you can purchase from our monthly or class pack options on our website.

    • If you need to change your reservation, please do so at least 12 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. (For example, if the class you booked is at 7AM you will need to cancel by 7PM the day before to avoid a late fee). This gives us enough time to fill your spot with another interested member.

    • You must cancel your class either on the website, or on the app.

    • If you cancel less than 12 hours before your class, you will be charged $15.

    • If you no show to class, you will be charged $20.

    • If you sign up for a 3 month membership rate, you are committed to an automatic recurring membership for 3 months. After 3 months, your membership renews on a month to month basis. If you wish to cancel your membership after your 3 month commitment you must give 30 day written notice prior to your renewal date by emailing info@lumawellnessstudio.com.

    • If you signed up for a month to month membership rate, you can cancel anytime with 30 day notice. You must give written notice 30 days prior to your renewal date to cancel your membership by filling out this form.

    • The 4x a month and unlimited monthly memberships, will auto renew on the date of purchase every month.

    • By purchasing an unlimited membership, you are authorizing LUMA Wellness Studio to automatically charge your debit or credit card associated with your account on a recurring monthly basis. If your payment fails to process, your booking capabilities will be frozen until payment is received.

    • Membership classes DO NOT rollover to the next month.

    • Valid for 45 days post purchase date.

    • If you need to cancel or reschedule a class you booked using your class pack, please do so at least 12 hours before your class start time.

    • If you cancel your class less than 12 hours before the start time, it will result in the loss of a class credit.

    • If you no show to class, it will result in the loss of a class credit.
